How do muscles form?
In the human body there is around 650 muscles that we have in the body. Muscles work every time you move, even if your exercising or even sleeping. Although we cannot see our muscles, we know by the outer shape that they are there. Muscles are a lot of fibers tied together and this is called a the motor unit. If you have more fibers this means you have more muscles and will be able to lift more. The more you expand your fibers the stronger you will be. Most muscles work in pairs but not all and also your muscles move your bones around so every time you break a bone you are also damaging you muscles that could cause long time injury. For example the biceps and triceps work together to help perform whatever task your arm does. In conclusion muscles are formed by fibers all over the body.

Has Xbox changed the attitude toward gamers?
Has Xbox changed the attitude toward gamers and friends? Many gamers get upset if they lose or if their opposing player. This could cause serious problems for many reasons, one reason is they could be very upset and cuss out at the player that could be any age. Another reason is they could get reported by the head manager by Xbox and they could shut down your account. These are some things that kids or adults could have trouble with and could lead to more sever problems. This could all be avoided by just taking it easy when you lose or get offended by other players. The best idea is to block communications with other gamers that offend people by going to their profile and report and block all communications so their wont be any problems. There is an awesome link that also talks about attitude toward game and this website will explain a little more. This is some of the problems on Xbox that need to be fixed for all gamers.

Video game addictions
Hello, I have a awesome link to one great website and this website is very useful for many things about video game addictions. In this website article it talks about the first video game, to the present day video games. There is a lot of colleges with students that own and use an Xbox in college, teachers think this is bad for the students. I believe it could be good for many reasons. One reason is that students could communicate more on Xbox live rather than meeting someone else and this could save time and money. Usually the average age for gamers is 18 to 30 years of age. I think the student should decide if he or she should have one in their dorm or not. Even with Modern Warfare 2 coming out these college students need to step their game up. That's all for this blog, please comment.
